Terms of Conditions:

Payment is to be made in full in Japanese yen via telegraphic transfer within 2 working days from the issue date of the invoice.
---Delay of payment. If we couldn't confirm your payment after 2 working days, then on the 3rd day your vehicle will be added back to our stock list for re-sale.
---Cancellation of order after one week of no payment. There will be a 50,000 YEN penalty to reinstate your member access to our vehicle and parts listings. Please keep in mind that Miki Seiki makes the effort to obtain and hold a vehicle that you have agreed to purchase. By canceling an order will occur a cost to us.
After your deposit is received, your order will be arranged within a few days for delivery.
We prefer using the Internet as communications. We can send scanned color photos and detailed information by e-mail, according to your request.
F.O.B. cost covers transporting costs in Japan, Japanese customs, de-registration, and profit.
After the car arrives in your country, you would have to pay for local customs, and shipping freight charges.
